IMPORTANT BILLING ANNOUNCEMENT:
For years we at VAserve.com have been confused with a UK based organization that has a similar domain name. Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that their customers are being fraudulently billed using OUR domain name as merchant information. Please make note of the following important items regarding our billing practices:

We at VAserve.com never bill credit/check/debit cards directly. All charges from us are exclusively through PayPal. There are no exceptions to this.
Because our customers are not under contract, an invoice is sent prior to the start of each month which must be manually paid via PayPal. You will never be automatically billed by us!

If you have received an unauthorized charge from your credit card that claims to be from us, please report this to your banking institution.

Existing customers can buy additional domains at these prices directly from the Billing & Support center.
New customers must contact us to open a hosting account before being able to purchase domains from us at these prices.

Our clients range from the experienced web developer to the novice users building their first website. Because of our small size, we are able to offer personalized service to our customers, while providing them with all of the features you'll find with the big-guys!

While we are currently accepting new customers, we do not offer open-registration. What that means is that we evaluate each potential customer's needs to see how VAserve can best suit their organization before accepting them as a new client. This allows us to stay small and focused on all of our client's needs. Like any business, we are here to make a profit, but not at the expense of our reputation. If after evaluating our needs we determine that our services wouldn't be the best fit for your organization, we'll gladly refer you to one of our competitors.
